The Bhopal School of Social Sciences organised a gala Traditional Day as a part of its cultural celebrations based on the theme of 'Atulya Bharat'. The five zones of India were depicted in a colourful manner with the ramp walks portraying the attire and clothing of each zone. A series of dance performances also depicted the rich cultural heritage of the various parts of India.
The chief guest of the occasion was BSSS alumnus, Mahima Mehta, who is a renowned model and actor. Mehta, in her address, guided the young crowd on how to tread the path to success in the world of glamour and media. Her practical and sage advice was much appreciated. The judges panel comprised of Venus Tarkaswar, Farham Qureshi and Sapna Singh Parmar who judged the ramp walk based on the theme of the event.
BSSS Principal, Dr. Fr. John P.J. in his welcome address said that Indian tradition is our pride and that BSSS always endeavors to pass on the legacy of posterity. He also added that it is matter of pride that our chief guest and also the judges are BSSS Alumni. The event culminated with the declaration of results and announcements of various titles for the participants.
