Exhibition - Open Mic

22^nd September 2023: Open Mic Competition was organized by Ignis under the aegis of The Department of English. Identifying this as an opportunity for creating marketplace for the student entrepreneurs of the college, an exhibition “The BSSS Bazaar” was organized by the ED Cell of The Bhopal School of Social Sciences. The competition was organized from 02:00 pm in the Seminar Hall of Main Building and the exhibition was organized outside the seminar hall in the corridor.

With the good response to the exhibitions organized in the month of August 2023, the ED cell had approached all the departments and cells and requested them of allowing the students to exhibit and sell their products whenever an event is organized by them.

This time six student entrepreneurs had exhibited their products with an objective of selling their self-made products with the products ranging from painting, fashion accessories, bags and a food stall offering delicacies from the state of Kerala. Below is the list of the student entrepreneurs who were beneficiaries from the exhibition:

The stalls were visited by the staff and the students during the Open Mic competition being organized, with the stalls being well received. The student entrepreneurs who put up their products for exhibition cum sale also made good handsome income through the sales. The food stall was also well received as food available were mostly purchased by the staff members.

With the positive response to the BSSS Bazaar on the day of Open Mic Competiton, more students have connected with the ED Cell and also joined the WhatsApp group of the student entrepreneurs interested to exhibit regularly.
