The Department of Humanities under the aegis of the Bhopal School of Social Sciences, a premier institute in Central India, channelised National Youth Parliament, featuring the Lok Sabha proceedings, enacted and presented by the students on 3 April 2024.
An esteemed panel of intellectuals witnessed the model depiction of parliamentary affairs. AlokSanjar, a dedicated member of the BhartiyaJanta Party, former Member of Parliament from Madhya Pradesh was the Chief Guest. Mr. Aditya Shrivastava, DD News Anchor cum Correspondent and Mr. LaxmiSharan Mishra, erudite coach and academic counsellor of the coveted Civil Services Examination were the Special Guests.
The event was made successful with the presence and endorsement of Fr. Dr. John P.J., Principal; Sr. Sonia, Vice Principal; and Fr. Jomi Panithas, Dean, Academics at BSSS, Bhopal. The overall planning and management was implemented by Ms. Ranjeet Kaur, Head, Department of Humanities, PRO Dr Manju Mehta and Ms. Yeshvi Sharma, Assistant Professor, Political Science at BSSS.
