ADDRESSING THE ISSUES OF LAND-WATER RESOURCES, BIODIVERSITY
AND CLIMATE CHANGE

Increasing world population continues to put increased pressure on land and water resources and new methods must be found to deal with water resource issues. This has led the researchers and water managers to find alternative and complementary approaches to existing system address the issue of Land Water Resources, Biodiversity and Climate Change in global level and India. It is very relevant to have a common platform of scientist, researchers and subject experts from various disciplines come together and discuss about issues related to Land Water Resources and Biodiversity and its impact of climate change on them. To provide a common forum, The Bhopal School of Social Sciences is organizing an International Conference from 16 to 18 February 2010 at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh State. This conference will focus on global change due to Land Water Resources, Biodiversity and Climate Change. It will also take into account the human responses towards various ecological problems and the forum will also discuss how to sustain natural resources. The conference will be a genuine platform for addressing environmental issues that need to be dealt with different geographical scales, as well as on different time scales. This International Conference will fetch the attention of different national environmental bodies (agencies, departments, councils, committees, cademicians and researchers) who can lay a lot of stress on the various strategies and activities, which one required for saving our environment and thus future.
