Overview
Being a premiere institution of Social Sciences in India, the Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS) attaches a high degree of importance to designing, developing, and executing projects of social and developmental nature. The BSSS, aligning with its motto "towards a better world", has been directly and indirectly part of various projects in the development sector since long, focusing holistic development of underprivileged sections of society. BSSS has been working with government and non-government organisations through different development programmes for more than two decades now. The institution had been playing a vital role in transforming the society, by using various means, particularly awareness and capacity building programs. As a result of all these endeavors, we believe, we could contribute in bringing positive changes in the society. In the past, our projects have been funded by various national and international organisations like World Bank, Global Fund, World Vision of India and presently Childline India Foundations (CIF) and agencies sponsored by state and central government are among our key donors and partners. The BSSS has also been registered on the portal of NITI AYOG with the identification number MP/2016/0108750.
