Dear Parents and Students,
Greetings of the Festive Season!
To reiterate, BSSS has been a pioneer in the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) since its inception. Despite facing challenges such as delays in syllabus formulation, guidance, and adaptations, we have consistently met the expectations of our students. With the support of our affiliating bodies, we have navigated these initial hurdles and have successfully aligned ourselves with the spirit of the NEP, driving meaningful evolution in our educational practices such as semester pattern, timely examination, offering plethora of courses, skill enhancement drives etc.
This academic session, we have implemented changes in class timings and examination schedules for our third-year students. Despite their attendance during the second shift, the overall turnout this year has been satisfactory. By starting classes on time in the month of July, we are now in a position to conduct exams nearly a month earlier i.e., in the month of November, thus allowing students ample preparation for competitive examinations, helping them align their future goals and aspirations more effectively (now that it is their final year), and accommodating the mandatory project work for sixth-semester students.
Though the admissions for the first year recently concluded, we commenced regular classes according to our academic calendar. As a result, our students have been actively engaged in their coursework for three months now and are enjoying the structured learning environment. This early start has allowed for a smooth transition into the academic year.
This year, we organized two orientation sessions for parents, particularly to support those who were admitted later in the process. It was pacifying to see a strong turnout for the first session, with many parents attending the orientation session alongside their children. The second session also received participation, albeit in slightly smaller numbers. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the parents for their presence at these events. We view your engagement as a strong partnership between parents and the institution in fostering student success and progress. Thank you for being active stakeholders in your ward's development!
We would like to inform you that parents can access the Management Information System (MIS) to view their child's attendance and other academic details, including program information. Access is granted using the password shared with the students and parents. If you have any questions or need assistance with accessing the MIS, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to help!
As we approach the end of the semester, the final examinations are just around the corner. Amidst festivities, this is also the perfect time to focus on your studies and prepare thoroughly. Remember, diligent preparation not only enhances your understanding of the material but also builds your confidence when it comes time to take the tests. We encourage you to review your notes and seek clarification on any challenging topics.
With dedication and hard work, we believe you can excel and achieve outstanding results. Stay positive, remain focused, and aim to come out with flying colours!
Best of luck to everyone!
