Dr. Sr. Leema Jacob MSMI, a member of the Missionary Sisters of Mary Immaculate (MSMI), Pavanatma Province, Wardha, Maharashtra, holds an exceptional academic and professional background in the field of psychology, with a specialized focus on clinical psychology. Her primary areas of interest include adolescent mental health and neuroscience.

She has cultivated a dynamic and multidisciplinary career as a lecturer, researcher, and clinical practitioner, with expertise spanning health psychology, cognitive neuropsychology, and neuroscience. Notably, she has conceptualized, developed, and empirically validated an innovative Social Cognitive Skills Training Program aimed at promoting the mental well-being and psychological resilience of late adolescents. This groundbreaking intervention is distinguished by its originality and scientific rigor, and has earned her a registered patent.
