The Cell acts as a central resource for career planning, offering comprehensive services that include career counseling, aptitude and soft skills training, internship facilitation, and placement drives.

Skill Development Workshops: Aptitude training, soft skills, resume writing, group discussions, and interview skills.
Resume Verification: Resume review and approval by faculty coordinators or placement officers.
Student Registration: Eligible students register for the placement process with the T&P Cell.
Inviting Companies: The T&P Cell invites reputed companies from various sectors.
Job Notification Forms (JNF): Companies fill out a detailed JNF including job profiles, eligibility criteria, CTC, location, and selection process.
Companies conduct sessions to introduce their vision, job roles, growth opportunities, and selection criteria.
Students interact with recruiters to clarify doubts.
Students apply for interested job profiles through the campus portal.
Companies shortlist candidates based on resumes, academic performance, or pre-assessment tests.
Written Tests: Aptitude, technical, or domain-specific tests as per company requirements.
Group Discussions: To evaluate communication and teamwork skills (if applicable).
Interviews: Technical and HR interviews conducted online or on-campus.
Companies release final selection results to the T&P Cell.
Selected students receive offer letters or letters of intent (LOI).
Students acknowledge acceptance of offers.
Placement data is updated and reported for academic and statutory purposes.
