Mr. Shaji is the current In-charge of Project Cell & NSDC program head. He has completed his Masters in Social Work from the BSSS College thereafter he was appointed as a program manager for the Tata Institute of Sociual Sciences, School of Vocational Education from 2019. He was later appointed as the Manager Skill Based and Vocational Education for UGC NSQF Curriculum Development and Management which works in lien with skill development and enhancement programs. As a project cell coordinator, he was designated for the procurement, proposal submission, implementation & monitoring for the developmental projects in nature. He is serving as the Co-Pi for "AAATMAN" a project under the aegis of Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan, MSJE, New Delhi and has various other experiences in consultancies and impact assessment of state and national reputes including the nodal officer for Unnat Bharat Abhiyan (GoI). He is a registered career counselor for the Career Counselor India CCIN. Within the stipulated portfolio he is also serving as a faculty for the department of social work BSSS college, academic counselor IGNOU for the school of social work. He holds a Life Associate Membership: All India Association of Medical Social Work Professionals (AIAMSWP). His expertise lies in the field of skill development and proposal formulation & monitoring for various projects. He is also an approved NSDC Trainer for BFSI sector skill council.

Ms. Garima is an experienced professional with a background in finance, data management, and project coordination. Currently, she serves as the Admin & Finance Officer for The Bhopal School of Social Sciences (MPKK Project), where she manages accounts, prepares financial reports, maintains HR data, and oversees MIS handling and data entry. Previously, she led data digitization efforts at Clinton Health Access Initiatives (CFID Project), overseeing training records, staff data, and reporting for the NHM's Dastak Abhiyan. Her earlier role as an Accountant at DEBATE NGO involved managing daily financial transactions, vendor bills, and taxes under the supervision of a C.A.
Atul Vishwakarma is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Field Work and Networking Coordinator at BSSS Bhopal. He has held roles such as Coordinator at Youth for Seva MP (2020-2023), focusing on education, health, and environment, and as a Team Leader for NABARD Consultancy on the PMKSY Project. Additionally, he has experience as a Master Trainer for Child Sexual Abuse and Child Rights, with key contributions to the ASER survey and m-Mitra Project. Atul has also interned at various organizations, including AARAMBH and Asha Niketan Welfare Centre. Atul Vishwakarma has actively participated in various social and developmental initiatives. He volunteered for a weeklong Child Rights Campaign organized by the Department of Social Work with UNICEF support. He also worked as a field monitor for the "PMKSY" project in 2019 and contributed to a Wealth Hunger Hilfe (WHH) study in Madhya Pradesh. As a volunteer, he participated in the 2017 ASER Beyond Basics survey of rural Indian youth. Additionally, he was an organizing member of Prayan 2016, an inter-college fest at BSSS. Atul conducted a mini-survey on farmers' issues in Sehore District, led group work for children's development in Baghmugaliya, and provided case work support for individuals facing economic, psychological, and emotional challenges.
