He earned his Doctor of Philosophy in Sociology from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, in 2006, following his Master of Arts in Sociology from the same institution in 2001. Additionally, he holds a Diploma in Communication from Gregorian University, Rome (1999), a Master of Education from Kamraj University, Madurai (1996), a Master of Arts in Hindi from Barkatullah University (1994), and a Ratna in Hindi from Hindi Prachar Samiti. His foundational academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Education (1992) and a Bachelor of Arts (1987) from Barkatullah University.

Professional Experience: He has held several prominent positions, showcasing his leadership and administrative capabilities. Since 2015, he has been serving as the Principal of The Bhopal School of Social Sciences, an autonomous institute accredited with an A+ Grade by NAAC in its 4th Cycle. Concurrently, he founded and serves as the Executive Director of BSSS Institute of Advanced Studies since 2021. His previous roles include Director at The Bhopal School of Social Sciences (2014-2015), Principal at St. Joseph's Co-Ed School, Bhopal (2009-2014), Principal at Pushpa Sr. Sec. School, Ashta (2000-2008), and Principal at St. Xavier's Sr. Sec. Co-Ed School, Bhopal (1993-1998).

His research papers cover various topics, including environmental issues, women empowerment, social media impact among tribal youth, and the implementation of education for all.
