National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), endeavors to create a sustainable and enabling skill ecosystem. In order to foster skill development across the country, NSDC provides funding support to enterprises, companies, and organisations to build capacity by extending resources, technical assistance, thought leadership, and knowledge management. Playing the role of a market-maker, NSDC is responsible for enhancing and strengthening the skill development initiatives and ensuring long-term stability and spurring growth.

National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a not-for-profit public limited company incorporated on July 31, 2008, under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (corresponding to section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013). NSDC was set up by the Ministry of Finance as Public Private Partnership (PPP) model. NSDC aims to promote skill development by catalyzing the creation of large, quality, and for-profit vocational institutions. Further the organisation provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable a support system that focuses on quality assurance, information systems and train the trainer academics either directlt or through partnerships. NSDC acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing funding to enterprises, companies and organisations that provide skill training. It also developms appropriate models to enhance, support, and coordinate private sector initiatives. The differentiated focus on 21 sectors under NSDC's purview and its understanding of their viability will make every sector attractive to private investment.

BSSS is a nationally re-accredited ('A' graded by NAAC) educational institution that offers numerous Graduate and Master Degree programs in various disciplines of English, Economics, Commerce, Management, Humanities, Social Work and Physical Education.

Apart from the curriculum background, BSSS is now spreading its roots in the field of vocational skill education sector. As a part of the same, BSSS has been an approved college from the UGC NSQF for training in accordance with Level 4 and 5 for the AY 2020-21. BSSS has now also become a proud TRAINING PARTNER (TP) of NSDC Skill India Movement.

As the authoritative body of being a TP, BSSS is now joining hands with the prospective institutions which could provide quality training services to the trainees as a TRAINING CENTRE (TC).
