Lokesh Ubiriyani B Ed IV Sem student from BSSS was conferred with Chanakya Award for teacher Education

Lokesh Ubiriyani B Ed IV Sem student from the Bhopal School of Social Sciences was conferred with Chanakya Award for teacher Education –Best Teacher Trainee by  Indian Institute of Teacher Education  (IITE) Gandhinagar on 30^th June 2022. The award was given away by Shri Acharya Devvrat Honourable Governor of Gujarat.  The award consists of a certificate, a trophy and a cash prize of 25000/-.Indian Institute of Teacher Education  (IITE), Gandhinagar has taken up Chanakya Awards as an initiative to revive the respect and performance of teacher educators and teacher education institutes as well as to motivate the teacher trainees to perform their best.

Dr Sheena Thomas, HoD of the Dept of Education at the Bhopal School of Social Sciences recounted on how Lokesh transformed tremendously after joining B Ed Program. She went on to say that it was his creativity, consistency and erudite ICT skills which always gave him an edge among all the teacher trainees. She also reiterated how he pursued the motivation provided for filing his papers for the best teacher trainee.
