Exhibition on Income Tax

Department of Commerce organised an exhibition on Income Tax, ‘Income Tax Junction’ on 22nd September, 2022. Students of B.Com. III year made various models and charts to vividly explain the concepts and provision of Income Tax such as Indian Tax System, Agricultural Income, Five heads of income, E-Filing Process, Procedure of Income tax, Tax Planning, Tax Evasion and Tax avoidance, ITR etc. Commissioner of Income Tax Shri Raj Kumar Ghosh invited as chief guest, astonished to see provisions of Income Tax Law in the form of models and pictorial charts. He appreciated students for their creativity and clarity to the concepts. Principal Dr.Fr. John P.J. motivated students for their amazing presentation and distributed prizes to the winners. Vice Principal Dr. Sr. Sonia Kurian congratulated students for their hard work and captivating presentations.
