BSSS conducted one day workshop “Pitch Perfect”

The Bhopal School of Social Sciences conducted one day workshop “Pitch Perfect” and the workshop was delivered by Dr. Anurag S.D. Rai (Director, Kalchuri LNCT Group Incubation Centre). More than 50 start-up enthusiasts participated in the workshop who were students from various departments of the college. In the workshop the expert resource person detailed the participants on 6 lenses, pitching, challenges, smart product formation, market segments, ideas for seizing emerging opportunities and the importance of business model canvas.

The participants did work on their ideas as per the different areas that were discussed and guided. They also designed Business Model Canvas on their Start-up Ideas under the guidance of Dr. Anurag Rai by discussing their ideas in the workshop, which will help them in their Start-up pitch. A media start-up incubated under Dr. Anurag Rai ‘Entrepreneurswoods’ also interacted with the participants to share their experience of designing and building their start-up. The workshop was organized by the BSSS Incubation Centre and coordinated by Dr. Arti Mudaliar and Arun Panicker with support from Dr. Rana Shahwal from Dept. of Commerce and Dr. Darshan Subherwal from Dept. of Management under the guidance and support of Principal Dr. Fr. John P.J., Dean Academics Fr. Jomi Panithas and Vice-Principal Dr. Sr. Sonia Kurian.
