Alumni Session Organised on Communication, Leadership, and Skill Development at BSSS

The Department of Economics at The Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS) successfully organised a special alumni session on "Communication, Leadership, and Skill Development." The main objective of the session was to convey to students that academic knowledge alone is not sufficient in today's environment; expressing ideas with confidence, establishing effective dialogue, teamwork, and sound decision-making capabilities are equally essential. These core competencies enable students to perform better in both their personal and professional lives.

The program inspired students to refine their communication and leadership skills while preparing themselves for future career challenges. Such initiatives play a vital role in offering practical exposure and promoting holistic student development. The session was conducted under the guidance of Head of Department Prof. Rasmeet Kaur Malhi and coordinated by Event In-charge Dr. Lokesh Bhartiya. It proved to be a meaningful endeavor towards the academic and professional advancement of the students.
