On 17th January 2024 National Service Scheme unit of The Bhopal School of Social Sciences conducted a rally and nukkad natak on the topic Road safety and Life Safety" to mark the Road Safety Week at RRL square under the Veersavarkar Bridge.
Program started with the awareness rally on Road safety after which volunteers performed Nukkad Natak on the same. Volunteers also distributed greeting Cards on road safety and its rules to the people travelling on road without any safety measures. The entire program was supported and appreciated by Bhopal Traffic Police.
The purpose of this activity was to make people aware about the road safety and rules.
The Chief Guest of the event was Dr. Ashok Kumar Shroti (Regional Director, Madhya Pradesh), Dr. Anant Kumar Saxena(Programme Coordinator, Barkatullah University Bhopal) and Shri Rahul Singh Parihar(ETI Trainer and Program Officer Open Unit Barkatullah, University Bhopal) who motivated the volunteers with their enriching and inspiring words.
Total of 70 volunteers participated in this activity ( 50 girls) ( 20 boys).
This Progaram was successfully completed under the guidance of Progarm Officer Dr. D.B Singh (Boy's Unit) and Dr. Naina Singh (Girl's Unit) and under the Supervision of Mr. Somit Dubey, Mr. Shivam choube, Mr. Sudhanshu Gupta and under the leadership of all the senior volunteers.
