BSSS - National Workshop on “Data Visualization using Power BI

The Department of Computer Applications in collaboration with BSSS, Research Cell has organized a 2-day National Workshop on “Data Visualization using Power BI” in Hybrid mode at The Bhopal School of Social Sciences, under the able guidance of Dr. Fr. John P J, Principal, Dr. Sr. Sonia Kurian, Vice Principal, Fr. Jomy Panithas Dean Academics, Ms. Swati Sharma, HoD Computer Applications, Dr. Lila Simon, In-charge Research Cell, BSSS.
A total of 386 registrations were received. The resource person was Mr. C. Nandeesh Reddy, Senior Power BI Developer from DataToBiz, Tirupati and Dr. Geetanjli Khambra was the convenor of the workshop.
It was a transformative event for professionals and enthusiasts seeking to harness the power of the Power BI tool for advanced data visualization. Mr. Reddy shared his deep insights and experience with the Power BI tool by taking the hands-on sessions starting from data transformation, visualization, modeling, report creation, dashboard design, and featured analysis to practical implementation. Overwhelming feedback was received from the participants as they gained valuable knowledge to create dashboards using data analytics and visualization using the Power BI Tool.
