On the occasion of International Women's Day, BSSS College organised an entertaining and memorable series of events. BSSS proudly celebrated those individuals who have tirelessly worked towards gender equality in our community and who passion- ately championed the cause of women's empowerment. Their dedicationand efforts inspired a positive change, fostered a more inclusive and equitable society for all. The most sig-nificant and the focal point of theevent revolved around hon- ouring Professor Ratnamala Arya from the Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal, whose relentless commitment to advancing education has set a remarkable example. Professor Arya's unwavering dedication to creating learning opportunities has deeply influ- enced numerous individuals, establishing her as a source of inspiration for both educators and learners alike. Enhancing the depth of the conversation, Amrit Singh, the Principal of Raja Bhoj School,
delivered a compelling keynote address underscoring the pivotal role of women in shaping a pro- gressive society. Her profound insights on the theme 'Empower Her' struck a chord with the audience, sparkingdis- cussions on the indispensable contributions of women to the advancement of Viksit Bharat.
An inter-club competition with the subject 'Empower Her' highlighted the student's cre- ative abilities and included cap- tivating performances that reflected the spirit of resilience and empowerment. Meena Bagchi and Arti Vishvakarma were in the judgement panel. The first spot was clinched by the Erudomics Team, second by the Psycosmos Team, and the third by Cyber Club. The cele- bration came to an end with a cake-cutting ceremony led by Fr. Jomi Panithas, Dean of Academics, who welcomed the guests with a call to invest in women for accelerating progress. Dr Sheena Thomas, in-charge of the Women's Cell, conveyed
her gratitude to the organising team for their co- operative efforts.
